Recruiter

UNITED MEDICAL SYSTEMS seeks a Recruiter to support hiring for our mobile healthcare and surgical technology services nationwide. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, technical, and administrative positions, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding coordination. You will partner closely with hiring managers, ensure compliance with healthcare and credentialing standards, and represent our patient-focused, quality-driven culture to candidates while helping UMS grow in a niche, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical, technical, and administrative roles across mobile healthcare services

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create accurate job postings

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and industry contacts

• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate onsite/virtual interviews

• Maintain applicant tracking data and ensure timely communication with candidates

• Support background checks, credential verification, and compliance-related hiring documentation

• Coordinate offer letters, negotiations, and onboarding handoff to HRTrack recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring status updates to leadership

• Promote UMS employer brand and culture to prospective candidates Required Skills
