QA Support Technician

Wagstaff Inc, a global leader in financial services, is seeking a QA Support Technician to ensure the reliability of our investment and banking platforms. In this hybrid role, you will execute and document test cases, log and track defects, and support production issue resolution for critical financial applications. You'll collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and operations teams in a culture of innovation and inclusivity. Responsibilities

• Provide QA support for financial software and tools used across Wagstaff Inc.

• Execute test cases, log defects, and track resolution for trading and banking applications.

• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and operations teams to validate new features.

• Monitor production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support timely fixes.

• Maintain test documentation, scripts, and regression test suites.

• Assist in user acceptance testing and provide feedback to stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Support automation efforts by identifying repeatable test scenarios.
