Psychiatry Associate Account Manager

Lundbeck seeks a Psychiatry Associate Account Manager to drive sales of its neuroscience portfolio within a defined territory. In this field-based role, you will call on psychiatrists and mental health providers, delivering clinically credible product information and executing territory business plans to meet sales and access goals. You will analyze territory data, identify growth opportunities, and build trusted relationships with key customers. Working in Lundbeck's collaborative, mission-driven culture, you will partner cross-functionally with medical, market access, and marketing teams while upholding the highest standards of compliance, ethics, and patient focus.

Responsibilities

• Promote Lundbeck psychiatry products to psychiatrists and mental health providers within an assigned territory

• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales goals and market growth

• Deliver clinically credible product education aligned with FDA and company guidelines

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and office staff

• Analyze territory data, identify opportunities, and adjust plans for maximum impact

• Collaborate cross-functionally with market access, medical, and marketing teams

• Support patient access initiatives and resources to improve treatment continuity

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide timely activity and sales reporting

• Represent Lundbeck at local and regional medical meetings and conferences

• Adhere to all compliance, ethical, and regulatory standards in promotional activities Required Skills
