    Job Description

    Lundbeck seeks a Psychiatry Associate Account Manager to drive growth of its neuroscience portfolio across an assigned territory. In this field-based role, you will engage psychiatrists and key mental health providers, delivering compelling, compliant clinical discussions and product education. You will develop territory plans, analyze market and access dynamics, and collaborate with market access, medical, and marketing partners to improve patient access.     Responsibilities

    • Promote Lundbeck psychiatry products to psychiatrists and key mental health providers within an assigned territory.

    • Develop and execute territory business plans to meet and exceed sales and access goals.

    • Conduct clinical and product education for HCPs, office staff, and key decision makers.

    • Build strong, compliant relationships with stakeholders, including clinics, health systems, and group practices.

    • Analyze territory data, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.

    • Coordinate with market access, medical, and marketing teams to support patient access and pull-through initiatives.

    • Organize and support speaker programs, educational events, and peer-to-peer programs.

    • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide timely reporting and forecasting.

    • Ensure all interactions comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.

    • Continuously develop disease state and product expertise in psychiatry and neuroscience.
