Product Advisor Decorative Plumbing & Appliances

Construction Resources is seeking a Product Advisor for Decorative Plumbing & Appliances to guide builders, designers, and homeowners through premium product selections. In this customer-facing role, you'll leverage your design sense and construction knowledge to recommend fixtures and appliances, prepare quotes, and coordinate orders through our showrooms and distribution network. You'll collaborate with sales, operations, and vendors, support a fast-paced project pipeline, maintain inspiring showroom displays, and grow your expertise with leading brands and design trends across the Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Advise builders, designers, and homeowners on decorative plumbing and appliance solutions that meet project needs, budgets, and timelines

• Provide in-depth product knowledge on premium brands, features, finishes, and installation requirements

• Prepare detailed quotes, proposals, and product selections using showroom tools and vendor resources

• Coordinate with operations, purchasing, and logistics to ensure accurate ordering, delivery, and installation scheduling

• Maintain organized, visually compelling showroom displays that reflect current design trends and brand standards

• Manage project pipelines, track follow-ups, and document all customer interactions in CRM or sales systems

• Collaborate with designers and contractors to interpret plans, specifications, and rough-ins for correct product fit

• Resolve product, delivery, or warranty issues promptly while maintaining strong customer relationships

• Participate in vendor trainings to stay current on new products, technology, and code/compliance considerations

• Support sales goals through timely communication, cross-selling, and participation in events or design presentations Required Skills
