Photography Sales Advisor

ActionLink seeks a Photography Sales Advisor to represent leading camera and imaging brands in busy retail stores. In this Sales & Business Development role, you will engage shoppers, demonstrate cameras, lenses, and accessories, and recommend solutions that match customer needs. You will drive product awareness, achieve sales targets, and ensure merchandising standards, displays, and signage are current. You'll report on store insights, complete basic training modules, and collaborate closely with store staff and ActionLink leaders in a performance-driven, learning-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor to understand photography needs and recommend solutions

• Demonstrate cameras, lenses, and accessories to highlight features and benefits

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and conversion targets

• Maintain merchandising standards, product displays, and signage accuracy

• Educate store associates on featured photography products and promotions

• Capture and submit store visit reports, feedback, and photos as required
