Personal Banker

FIRST BANK is seeking a Personal Banker to build strong client relationships and deliver personalized financial solutions in a community-focused environment. In this role, you will open and service deposit accounts, process transactions, and recommend appropriate products such as checking, savings, credit cards, and consumer loans. You'll educate clients on digital banking tools, ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations, and proactively identify opportunities to deepen relationships. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach and personalized service

• Open, service, and maintain personal deposit accounts, including checking, savings, and CDs

• Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers

• Identify client financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services

• Educate clients on online, mobile, and digital banking tools and security practices

• Support consumer lending by gathering documentation and explaining basic loan options

• Ensure adherence to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards (KYC/AML)

• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters as needed

• Meet individual and branch sales, service, and referrals goals

• Participate in community and outreach activities to support FIRST BANK's local presence Required Skills
