Advanced written communication skills with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Experience identifying and delivering process improvements.

Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and Power Query.

Experience supporting system updates, testing and troubleshooting.

The ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations and actions.

A proactive approach and passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

    Desirable

Experience building dashboards in Power BI.

Experience of data modelling and relationship design within Power BI.

A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.

Don't worry if your Power BI data modelling experience isn't fully developed yet. If you've got strong reporting and analytical skills and are keen to continue developing in this area, we'd still love to hear from you.
