Payroll Manager

A retail business and iconic brand are currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

This business is renowned and boasts a superb reputation.

This is an integral role to the payroll department & will play a key part in the department.

As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the accurate and timely delivery of a large sized payroll

• Lead, manage & development the team

• Set out clear personal objectives and work with individuals to reach these - monthly, bi yearly & yearly

• Manage work loads, distribute work & identify training gaps

• Manage any individual performance concerns with regular reviews & one to ones

• Oversee all payroll legislation deadlines

• Drive payroll compliance and efficiencies

• Promote excellent payroll customer service
