    Job Description

    A growing accountancy practice is seeking a Payroll Associate to play a key role in expanding and strengthening their payroll function. Working closely with the Payroll Manager, you'll support the delivery of accurate, compliant payroll services for a diverse client base.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Payroll processing for UK clients with accuracy, consistency, and strong attention to deadlines

    • Compliance monitoring across UK payroll legislation and internal controls

    • Query resolution for clients and internal teams

    • Audit and reporting support as the practice continues to scale

    Ideal Candidate

    • Experience with UK payroll experience with a desire to develop their experience further

    • Strong numerical accuracy and a proactive communication style

    • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team

    • Keen to grow with a practice that invests in its people
