Outside Sales Representative - Pest Control Services

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our pest and termite protection services. In this field-based role, you will prospect and generate leads, conduct in-person inspections, and present customized solutions to residential and commercial customers. You'll build strong client relationships, prepare accurate proposals, and close new service agreements while meeting sales targets. Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new residential and commercial leads in an assigned territory

• Conduct on-site inspections to assess pest and termite issues

• Develop and present customized service solutions and proposals

• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Manage daily schedule, routing, and follow-up independently in the field

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare required reports

• Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts

• Follow all safety standards, policies, and state regulations

• Participate in ongoing training to maintain product and industry knowledge Required Skills
