Outside Sales Representative

Environment Control Southwest Ohio Incorporated seeks an Outside Sales Representative to grow commercial janitorial and facility cleaning accounts. You'll prospect businesses, conduct onsite assessments, and present tailored cleaning solutions that emphasize reliability, safety, and quality. Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new commercial accounts for janitorial and facility cleaning services

• Conduct on-site visits, needs assessments, and walkthroughs with potential clients

• Present tailored cleaning programs and proposals aligned to client requirements and budgets

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close new business

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular check-ins

• Coordinate with operations and account management to ensure smooth service startup

• Track sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM or tracking tools

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue goals

• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and strong product knowledge
