Outbound Call Center Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospects and existing customers

• Present solutions that align with customer needs and campaign goals

• Meet or exceed sales quotas, conversion, and quality metrics

• Accurately document interactions in CRM and follow up on warm leads

• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to optimize campaign performance

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews
