Operations Analyst

Procter & Gamble is seeking an Operations Analyst to optimize manufacturing performance across its consumer goods portfolio. In this role, you will analyze production, quality, and supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities. You will build dashboards, track KPIs, and partner with plant, supply chain, and finance teams to drive continuous improvement, reduce waste, and enhance service levels. Working in P&G's collaborative, data-driven culture, you'll support strategic decisions, contribute to sustainability goals, and grow through structured training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reports for operations and leadership teams.

• Collaborate with plant, supply chain, and finance teams to drive process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.

• Support continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Monitor production performance, quality, and service levels to ensure operational targets are met.

• Provide data-driven insights to support capacity planning, inventory management, and demand fulfillment.
