In this customer-facing position, you'll welcome guests, support our one-price, negotiation-free sales model, and assist with basic service and administrative tasks. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and service areas

• Support vehicle sales process using Walser's one-price model

• Answer basic product and service questions and direct customers as needed

• Assist with test drive coordination and appointment scheduling

• Handle simple paperwork, data entry, and customer records

• Support service advisors with check-in and status updates

• Maintain clean, organized showroom and customer areas

• Follow established customer service and sales processes

• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
