New Business Development Advisor

Canon U.S.A. seeks a New Business Development Advisor to drive growth within our manufacturing and industrial imaging solutions portfolio. In this consultative sales role, you will research and qualify prospects, build executive relationships, and design tailored solutions that improve customers' production, imaging, and workflow performance. Partnering with marketing, engineering, and operations, you'll develop account strategies, craft proposals, and negotiate contracts. You will represent Canon's Kyosei values, delivering a premium customer experience while achieving ambitious revenue and pipeline goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify new manufacturing and industrial accounts for Canon imaging and printing solutions.

• Lead consultative sales cycles from initial outreach through discovery, solution design, proposal, and close.

• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with revenue, margin, and pipeline targets.

• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations to design integrated imaging and workflow solutions.

• Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to technical and executive stakeholders.

• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements in line with company policies.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline reporting for leadership.

• Monitor market trends and competitors to refine go-to-market strategies and value propositions.

• Partner with marketing on campaigns, events, and lead-generation initiatives targeting manufacturing clients.

• Champion Canon's Kyosei values, ensuring a high-quality, customer-centric sales experience.
