    Job Description

    Aspire Health Partners, a leading nonprofit behavioral healthcare provider in Central Florida, seeks a Network Administrator to support its mission-driven IT team. In this role, you will design, monitor, and maintain secure, reliable wired and wireless networks across multiple clinical sites, ensuring continuous access to critical healthcare systems. Responsibilities include managing firewalls, VPNs, switches, and servers; troubleshooting performance and connectivity issues; implementing security best practices and backups; and documenting configurations and changes. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams in a compassionate, client-centered culture that values diversity, professional growth, and teamwork.     Responsibilities

    • Design, configure, and maintain secure wired and wireless networks across multiple facilities

    • Administer firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, and related network hardware and software

    • Monitor network performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues

    • Implement and maintain network security controls, patches, and hardening standards

    • Manage DNS, DHCP, and directory-integrated network services

    • Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity for network services

    • Document network topology, configurations, procedures, and change history

    • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support applications and connectivity needs

    • Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for escalations, upgrades, and new implementations

    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable healthcare privacy and security standards Required Skills
