• Delivering professional mortgage and protection advice

• Building trust and long-term relationships with customers

• Managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion

• Working closely with Estate Agency colleagues to maximise opportunities

• Identifying protection needs and providing suitable recommendations

• Consistently delivering excellent customer outcomes What We're Looking For

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)

• Passion for helping customers achieve their property goals

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset

• Ability to manage a pipeline effectively
