Connells is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful Banbury team. With a strong flow of quality leads from our established Estate Agency network, you'll have the support, tools and opportunities to build a rewarding and successful career.

You'll provide tailored mortgage and protection advice, build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and guide clients through the mortgage journey from initial enquiry through to completion.

What we're looking for:

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)

• Experienced Mortgage Advisors and newly qualified CeMAP candidates welcome

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Drive, ambition and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
