Merchandise Associate

Sierra at XYZ Tech Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Associate to support our software and data solutions business. In this role, you will manage digital product catalogs, update SKUs and content in internal systems, and ensure accurate pricing and availability across platforms. You'll coordinate with product, sales, and marketing to maintain up to date offerings, track inventory data, and prepare basic reports on product performance. Responsibilities

• Maintain and update digital product catalogs, SKUs, and descriptions for software and data solutions

• Ensure accurate pricing, availability, and product status across internal systems and customer-facing platforms

• Coordinate with product, sales, and marketing to launch and update offerings on schedule

• Monitor inventory or license data and flag discrepancies or low-availability items

• Prepare routine reports on product performance, availability, and portfolio changes

• Use spreadsheets, ERP, and CMS tools to manage, clean, and validate merchandising data

• Support process improvements for catalog accuracy and merchandising workflows

• Collaborate in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment while adhering to data-quality standards Required Skills
