Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager at The Estate Yountville leads integrated marketing initiatives that elevate our luxury Napa Valley resort and drive bookings, revenue, and guest engagement. This role plans and executes digital, social, email, and on-property campaigns that reflect our guest-first, wine-country hospitality. Partnering closely with sales, events, spa, and culinary teams, the Marketing Manager promotes packages, experiences, and signature events while maintaining consistent brand standards. Responsibilities include managing the marketing calendar and budget, overseeing creative and media partners, analyzing performance, and optimizing campaigns. This is a hands-on role for a detail-oriented marketer passionate about luxury hospitality and authentic Napa Valley experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to drive resort awareness, bookings, and guest engagement

• Lead digital marketing, including website content, email campaigns, social media, and paid media

• Collaborate with sales, events, spa, and culinary teams to promote packages, events, and experiences

• Manage brand standards and storytelling across all guest touchpoints and marketing materials

• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and revenue impact

• Oversee external partners and vendors for creative, PR, and digital initiatives

• Support creation of on-property collateral and signage to enhance the guest experience

• Plan and activate partnerships and promotions that align with Napa Valley and luxury positioning

• Manage marketing calendar and budget, ensuring timely, on-brand execution
