Marketing Lead

Job Title: Candidate Marketing Lead - Talent Attraction & Early Careers

Location: London (Hybrid - 1 Day/Week In-Office)

Contract: 6 Months 40 hrs/wk

Role Overview

Lead the UK talent attraction strategy for a global professional services firm. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will design and execute campaigns to attract Early Talent (graduates, interns) and Experienced Hires , while overseeing employer brand activation and alumni engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Delivery: Run multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, campus) to build early talent and experienced hire candidate pipelines.

• Content & Agency Management: Brief internal/external agencies to produce employer brand assets, spotlight videos, and landing page content.

• Candidate Nurture: Manage newsletters, landing pages, and event communications to convert candidate interest into applications.

• Data & Performance: Track campaign metrics to optimize conversion rates and ROI across recruitment channels.

• Stakeholder Management: Partner with Early Talent Recruiting, HR, and global brand teams to deliver peak-season hiring goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in employer branding, candidate marketing, or talent attraction.

• Solid understanding of the candidate lifecycle (awareness -> nurture -> application).

• Strong project management skills and experience briefing creative agencies.

• Ability to work hybrid with 1 day/week in the London office.
