Marketing Coordinator

Dynamic Systems, Inc. seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support branding and business development for complex mechanical construction projects. In this role, you will coordinate proposals, presentations, digital content, and event support that highlight HVAC, plumbing, and process piping solutions for data centers, healthcare, industrial, and commercial clients. You'll collaborate with project and sales teams, maintain collateral and project portfolios, track basic campaign metrics, and ensure brand consistency. Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns supporting mechanical construction projects across data centers, healthcare, and industrial sectors

• Develop and edit proposals, presentations, and project case studies in partnership with project and sales teams

• Manage content for website, email, and social channels to highlight projects, capabilities, and company news

• Support trade shows, industry events, and client presentations, including logistics and branded materials

• Maintain marketing collateral library, project photography, and brand standards across all materials

• Track campaign performance, prepare basic reports, and recommend improvements based on data

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather project information, technical details, and success metrics

• Assist with CRM data integrity and coordination of targeted outreach to key clients and prospects Required Skills
