Management Accountant

Trinity House Group are exclusively partnering with a market-leading SME in Derby, to recruit a Management Accountant. We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Accountant to join the business to support with month-end, key financial analysis and reporting.

Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will complete monthly management accounts and collaborate with the finance team to deliver accurate management information. The business is going through a period of transformation, and as such we require a candidate who thrives in a growing, progressive, fast-paced environment.

The Duties

• Responsible for the preparation of month end management accounts.

• Preparation and submission of year end accounts.

• Supervise prepayments and accruals with variance analysis.

• Support the development of internal controls, reporting and structure.

• Provide financial information and business partnering support.

The Requirements

• Part qualified and above, or qualified by proven experience.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
