Parkside Recruitment are partnering with a globally recognised luxury retail brand to recruit a Brand Image Operations Coordinator to support their EMEA team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone highly organised, proactive and detail-focused, with experience across retail, visual merchandising, creative operations, marketing or project coordination .

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate EMEA installation calendars, project timelines and business updates

• Maintain trackers, databases, store information and project documentation

• Prepare presentations, newsletters, reports and leadership updates

• Support meetings, minutes, actions and stakeholder follow-ups

• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers on artwork, signage and installations

• Track deliverables and ensure key information is gathered and shared accurately What we're looking for:

• 2-3 years' coordination experience within retail, creative, marketing, VM or operations

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop

• Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail
