Jewelry Specialist

As a Jewelry Specialist at KARM Stores, you'll turn donated jewelry into life-changing support for people experiencing homelessness. You will inspect, identify, and price donated jewelry, ensuring items are accurately valued and attractively presented. You'll create compelling displays, assist customers with friendly, knowledgeable service, and help maintain secure, organized jewelry areas. Working closely with the store team, you support sales goals and KARM's Christ-centered mission, gaining valuable retail and merchandising experience in a purpose-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, sort, and price donated jewelry according to quality, style, and market value

• Authenticate and identify jewelry materials, stones, and brands when possible

• Create attractive jewelry displays to drive sales and support merchandising standards

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service on jewelry selection and care

• Maintain organized, secure jewelry areas, following loss-prevention procedures

• Collaborate with store team to meet sales goals and support KARM's ministry mission

• Assist with tagging, inventory, and rotation of jewelry merchandise
