IT Support and Software Testing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support IT and software project teams during peak seasonal workload

• Assist with data entry, testing, and documentation for software solutions

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems

• Maintain accurate records of project activities and task status

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines

• Follow established IT processes, security, and quality standards

• Provide general administrative and technical support to project leads
