Invoicing Administrator
Search are currently recruiting for an Invoicing Administrator to join a busy and growing team in Dundee.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in administration, with the potential to secure a permanent position following the initial temporary period of a minimum of 6 months.
This role would suit an experienced administrator, as well as a recent graduate or college leaver looking to take their first step into an office-based career.
Key Responsibilities

Generating sales invoices using internal systems

Uploading invoices to customer portals

Investigating and resolving invoice queries

Liaising with internal departments to correct invoice discrepancies

Maintaining accurate records and system data

Data entry using spreadsheets and internal databases

Providing general administrative support to the wider team
About You
-
Strong IT skills with confidence using Microsoft Office and computer systems

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
-
Good organisational and time management skills
-
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with internal teams

Previous administrative experience is beneficial but not essential

Recent graduates and college leavers are encouraged to apply
