Intervention Specialist

New Story Schools (PA), partnered with Tech Innovate, seeks an Intervention Specialist to drive adoption of cutting-edge AI solutions. In this hybrid role, you will assess user needs, design targeted intervention plans, and lead training to ensure successful implementation across client environments. Responsibilities

• Design and implement intervention plans to support adoption of AI solutions for clients and internal users

• Assess user needs, performance gaps, and system pain points using data and feedback

• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching on AI tools and best practices

• Collaborate with product, data, and customer success teams to refine interventions and product features

• Monitor and analyze intervention outcomes, reporting on KPIs and recommending improvements

• Create documentation, playbooks, and resources to standardize intervention practices
