Intervention Specialist

New Story Schools (PA), partnered with Tech Innovate, seeks an Intervention Specialist to design and deliver AI-informed intervention programs that improve user and learner outcomes. You will leverage data from our advanced platforms to identify needs, develop tailored strategies, and measure impact. Working in a collaborative, inclusive culture, you will partner with engineers, data scientists, and educators to refine interventions, document best practices, and ensure ethical, user-centered solutions that scale across diverse environments while growing your career in cutting-edge AI.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data-driven intervention strategies for AI products and platforms

• Analyze user and system data to identify issues, trends, and optimization opportunities

• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to refine intervention workflows

• Monitor intervention effectiveness and iterate based on performance metrics

• Develop documentation, guidelines, and training materials for intervention processes

• Ensure interventions align with user experience, compliance, and ethical AI standards

• Support deployment, testing, and quality assurance of intervention tools and features
