Intervention Specialist

New Story Schools (PA), partnered with Tech Innovate, seeks an Intervention Specialist to design and optimize AI-driven intervention strategies for learners and users. You will analyze performance data, identify gaps, and collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and educators to build scalable, ethical AI solutions that improve outcomes. Responsibilities

• Assess user and learner needs to design targeted intervention strategies for AI-powered education products

• Analyze product and user data to identify performance gaps and recommend improvements

• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to implement and test interventions

• Develop and refine intervention frameworks, playbooks, and best practices

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of interventions using defined metrics and KPIs

• Provide training and support to internal teams on intervention methodologies and tools

• Document findings, case studies, and feedback to inform product roadmap and strategy

• Ensure interventions align with ethical AI, accessibility, and inclusivity standards Required Skills
