In-Store Lead Specialist

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an In-Store Lead Specialist to represent our residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services inside retail partner locations. In this role, you'll engage walk-in customers, explain service options, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations for our technicians. You'll coach and guide in-store brand ambassadors, track daily and weekly performance, and ensure merchandising meets ARS standards. This position requires strong communication, sales, and customer service skills, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage retail customers to promote ARS-Rescue Rooter HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services

• Qualify customer needs and schedule in-home consultations and estimates

• Lead and coach in-store brand ambassadors on sales and customer service best practices

• Maintain in-store merchandising, displays, and branding standards

• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation metrics

• Collaborate with local service center teams to ensure smooth handoff of scheduled appointments

• Educate customers on service options, promotions, and financing programs
