In-Store Lead Generation Representative - Residential HVAC & Plumbing

ARS-Rescue Rooter seeks an energetic In Store Lead Generator to engage shoppers in retail locations and promote residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. You'll approach customers, start friendly conversations, explain comfort and energy-saving solutions, and capture accurate contact details to schedule in-home appointments. Working in a safety-first, team-oriented culture, you'll receive training, coaching, and clear performance goals, with opportunities to grow into sales or leadership roles within our nationwide service network.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers inside partner retail stores to promote ARS-Rescue Rooter HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

• Approach customers proactively, start conversations, and qualify interest in home comfort solutions.

• Explain promotions, product benefits, and service options clearly and professionally.

• Capture lead information accurately and schedule in-home appointments for service consultants or technicians.

• Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

• Maintain a professional, safety-conscious presence that reflects ARS-Rescue Rooter's customer-first culture.

• Collaborate with branch sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff of leads and great customer experience.

• Report activity, customer feedback, and store conditions to supervisors to improve results.

• Follow all retail partner and ARS-Rescue Rooter policies, including dress code and attendance.
