In-Store Lead Generation Representative - Residential HVAC & Plumbing Services

ARS/Rescue Rooter is seeking an In Store Canvassing Expert to generate leads and build brand awareness for our residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. Working inside retail locations and at local events, you'll engage shoppers, explain service offerings, qualify prospects, and schedule in-home appointments for our technicians. You'll represent a safety-first, customer-focused brand, follow scripts and compliance guidelines, and use mobile tools to capture leads. We provide training, performance recognition, and clear paths for growth into sales or field leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach and engage customers in retail locations and events

• Explain ARS-Rescue Rooter HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services

• Qualify prospects and capture accurate contact information

• Schedule in-home appointments for technicians and sales reps

• Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation targets

• Use mobile tools or CRM applications to record leads

• Follow safety, conduct, and brand presentation standards
