Human Resources Manager - Hospitality & Food Services

As a Human Resources Manager with Aramark at Florida State University, you will lead HR operations supporting food and facilities teams on campus. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning; guide managers on performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation; and ensure compliance with labor laws and university/Aramark standards. You will coordinate training, support DEI and engagement initiatives, manage HR data and reporting, and partner with leadership to build a safe, inclusive culture focused on service excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations for Aramark teams at Florida State University

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning

• Advise managers on performance management and coaching

• Handle employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and Aramark/university policies

• Coordinate training, development, and onboarding programs

• Support diversity, equity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives

• Oversee HR data, reporting, and records accuracy

• Partner with campus leadership on organizational and staffing needs
