Human Resources Director - Marketing

Constellation Brands seeks a Human Resources Director to lead HR for our Beer Marketing organization. This role partners with senior leaders to build talent strategies, drive performance, and cultivate an inclusive, high-performing culture. You will oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and leadership development while ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws. In our fast-paced, consumer-focused environment, you'll champion change, support organizational design, guide employee relations, and use HR analytics to inform decisions and optimize people practices across the beer portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior beer marketing leaders to design and execute HR and talent strategies aligned to business goals.

• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding to build high-performing, diverse teams.

• Oversee performance management processes, coaching leaders on goal setting, feedback, and development planning.

• Drive organizational design, change management, and culture initiatives that support growth and innovation.

• Manage employee relations, ensuring fair, consistent resolution and strong engagement.

• Administer compensation, benefits, and recognition programs in partnership with corporate HR and Total Rewards.

• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the beer marketing organization.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and company standards.

• Use HR analytics and reporting to inform decisions and track key people metrics.

• Coach and develop HR team members and people managers to strengthen leadership capabilities.
