HR Generalist / Trainer
Job Description
Securitas is seeking an HR Generalist / Trainer to support our mission-driven, safety-focused culture. This role manages core HR functions for security personnel, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits support. You will design and deliver new hire orientation, safety, and compliance training that reinforces our values of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness. Partner closely with operations leaders to address performance issues, maintain accurate HR and training records, and ensure adherence to labor laws and client requirements. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills plus a passion for professional development and customer service.
Responsibilities

Support full-cycle HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for security staff and office personnel

Deliver and facilitate new hire orientation, safety, and compliance training aligned with Securitas standards

Maintain HR records, HRIS data, and training documentation in accordance with company policies and regulations

Advise supervisors on performance management, coaching, and corrective action processes

Coordinate mandatory certifications, refresher courses, and training schedules to meet client and regulatory requirements

Assist with benefits enrollment, basic leave administration, and employee inquiries

Support investigations, incident documentation, and policy enforcement to promote a safe, ethical workplace
