Healthcare Sales Representative - Home Health & Hospice

Addus Family Company is seeking a Home Care Account Executive to grow referrals for our home and community-based services. In this field-focused role, you will build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and community partners, educate them on our personal care, home health, and hospice services, and execute a territory sales plan to meet admission goals. You'll collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams, represent our mission-driven culture in the community, and help more seniors and vulnerable adults safely remain at home while advancing your sales career in a growing healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, clinics, and community agencies to drive home care referrals

• Educate healthcare professionals and community partners on Addus home and community-based services

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed referral and admission targets

• Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and outreach events to generate new business

• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth patient admission and high-quality service delivery

• Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM or similar tools

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

• Represent Addus at community events, health fairs, and professional meetings

• Support compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies in all sales activities

• Provide feedback from the field to inform marketing strategies and service improvements Required Skills
