Riverhead Building Supply Corp. is seeking a Hardware team member to support customers and contractors in our busy wholesale building supply environment. In this role, you will assist with hardware product selection, maintain inventory, process orders, and ensure an organized, safe sales floor. You'll work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to support residential and commercial projects while delivering professional, reliable service. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with hardware product selection and recommendations

• Maintain accurate hardware inventory levels and stocking standards

• Process sales transactions and special orders efficiently

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams on project needs

• Ensure showroom and hardware displays are clean and organized

• Support deliveries by preparing and staging hardware orders

• Provide basic product knowledge on tools, fasteners, and building hardware

• Follow all safety procedures and store policies

• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex needs as required
