Floating Personal Banker Supervisor

First Bank is seeking a Floating Personal Banker Supervisor to support multiple branches, leading frontline teams and delivering exceptional, community-focused service. In this role, you will supervise and coach personal bankers, oversee daily branch operations, and ensure compliance with policies, audit, and regulatory standards. You will open accounts, process transactions, support consumer lending, and resolve complex customer issues. As a floating leader, you will provide staffing coverage across locations, drive sales and service goals, and help grow lasting relationships with customers and the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach personal bankers across multiple branches to deliver exceptional customer service

• Provide personalized banking consultations, open accounts, and process transactions accurately

• Supervise daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations

• Monitor sales and service goals, track performance, and provide feedback and training

• Support lending activities by assisting with consumer loan applications and documentation

• Resolve complex customer issues promptly and professionally

• Build and maintain strong community and client relationships to grow deposits and accounts

• Ensure adherence to security, audit, and risk management procedures across locations

• Coordinate floating schedule and staffing coverage across assigned branches
