Temporary Financial Controller Role

• 2 month temporary role

• Mainly remote, occasional travel to Oxfordshire

• £65,000 - £70,000 equivalent

• Interviews next week

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll and lead the month-end process.

• Prepare the monthly Board pack and financial reporting.

• Oversee cashflow management and forecasting.

• Prepare and post journals, ensuring accurate financial records.

• Take responsibility for financial reporting and provide clear insight to senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Must have Xero experience.

• Strong month-end and financial reporting experience.

• Confident communicating with senior stakeholders.
