Job Description
A key part of the role will be to build strong working relationships and become the go-to finance contact for senior stakeholders across all central functions, providing support, challenge and visibility around costs to help drive better decision-making and business performance.

I'm currently partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed business in South Cheshire that is looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to play a key role in its next phase of growth.
Description

Own the Group Cost function, including reporting, analysis and business partnering.

Lead, develop and support a high-performing finance team.

Act as the key finance contact for senior stakeholders across central functions.

Manage financial models, rolling forecasts and cost performance reporting.

Lead the annual budget and support the 5-year strategic planning process.

Drive improvements across finance processes, reporting and controls.

Support audits, tax compliance and statutory reporting requirements.

Contribute to strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile
-
Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant.

Proven experience in a finance business partnering role.

Previous leadership experience managing and developing finance teams.

Strong commercial awareness with excellent technical accounting skills.

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Able to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.

Strong reporting, analysis and board-level presentation skills.

Driven, proactive and focused on delivering business improvements.
