Finance Administrator

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Finance Administrator ASAP to support the Financial Officer with the day-to-day management of finances and general office administration.

This is a temporary role, working 3 days a week - 22.5 hrs a week to approximately to the end of December

830am to 430pm

Hourly pay is 15.86 to 16.66 per hour + Holiday pay paid weekly

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices, payments and income transactions

• Bank reconciliations, cash book maintenance and credit control

• Assisting with payroll, pensions, VAT returns and year-end accounts

• Supporting audits and financial reporting

• Monitoring budgets and expenditure

• Responding to finance-related enquiries

• Providing general administrative and clerical support, including meeting administration and minute taking About You:

• Previous finance, bookkeeping or accounts administration skills

• Strong numeracy and attention to detail

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Skills with VAT, payroll or bookkeeping processes

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage competing priorities

Desirable:
