    We are looking for a an HR and Recruitment Manager on a part time basis for our client in the Elstree/Borehamwood area. Hours are based on 15 hours per week paying up to 32000, or up to 38400 for 18 hours (based on a full time salary of 80000). You will take ownership of the full HR and recruitment function. You will be at least CIPD level 5 qualified and want to work on a part time basis. The majority of the time you will be recruiting, managing the end to end process. Working closely with senior management to support. You will develop and implement HR policies and procedures. This is a standalone position so you will take ownership of all HR operational and administrative tasks. Payroll is outsourced so you will only liaise with the team to ensure it runs smoothly. The business has a low employee turnover and is an incredibly supportive and friendly workplace. There is scope for a more strategic focus in the future, giving the opportunity to introduce new ideas and improve processes and make a genuine impact on the business.     Tax Assistant - Temporary with a view to going permanent My client are seeking a Tax Assistant to joint their thriving accountancy practice. It's an exciting time in Tax. As the whole of the UK prepares to go digital, Make Tax Digital (MTD) is the scheme implemented by the government which all sole traders and accountancy practices are helping their clients to achieve. You will be a key player in helping deliver the roll out to their existing clients. You will support the Tax Manager and the Accountants within the firm with day to day compliance tasks: - Gather and organise information from the client - Prepare and file personal and corporate tax returns (corporate experience would be beneficial but not essential) - Assist with HMRC communications and ensure deadlines are met - Support Tax Manager with larger projects - Aid clients with the MTD process - Aid Tax Manager with trust work You will be used to using your own initiative and be self motivated with a passion for finance.
