LeafHome is seeking a Field Canvassing Team Lead to drive neighborhood outreach for our home-improvement solutions, including LeafFilter gutter protection, windows, doors, roofing, and more. In this fast-paced, performance-driven role, you'll lead, coach, and motivate a team of field brand ambassadors to generate qualified in-home appointments with homeowners. Responsibilities include planning canvassing routes, tracking daily metrics, training new team members, and ensuring strong customer interactions that reflect LeafHome's commitment to safety, comfort, and home value. Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of field canvassers to generate qualified homeowner appointments

• Plan and optimize daily and weekly neighborhood canvassing routes

• Train, coach, and onboard new canvassing team members

• Track and report key performance metrics and appointment conversion rates

• Ensure high-quality customer interactions and brand representation at the door

• Collaborate with sales and operations to hand off qualified leads effectively

• Implement performance-driven tactics to meet and exceed appointment goals

• Address field issues, resolve homeowner concerns, and ensure safety protocols
