Entry Level Sales Rep

Waste Connections is seeking an Entry Level Sales Rep to help grow our transportation and waste services. In this role, you'll generate and qualify leads, make outbound calls, and support local sales efforts to win new residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for transportation and waste service solutions

• Conduct outbound calls and site visits to introduce Waste Connections' services

• Support account managers with quotes, proposals, and follow-ups

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales activity

• Collaborate with operations to ensure safe, reliable service for new customers

• Represent Waste Connections' safety and environmental values in the community

• Participate in sales training and coaching to build skills and product knowledge
