Employee Experience Officer
Job Description
Americare Senior Living seeks an Employee Experience Officer to champion a resident-centered, compassionate workplace for our senior care communities. In this role, you will design and lead engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives that support caregivers, clinical teams, and support staff. You'll use employee feedback and data to improve onboarding, training, communication, and retention, while promoting dignity, respect, and teamwork. This position partners closely with leaders and HR to build a mission-driven environment where employees feel valued and empowered to provide exceptional senior care.
Responsibilities

Design and implement employee engagement and recognition programs across senior living communities

Gather and analyze feedback to improve staff experience, retention, and workplace culture

Partner with HR and leadership to enhance onboarding, training, and career development pathways

Lead initiatives that strengthen collaboration between caregiving, clinical, and support teams

Develop communications that reinforce mission, values, and resident-centered care

Facilitate workshops and listening sessions to promote empathy, inclusion, and teamwork

Monitor key people metrics and recommend data-driven improvements to policies and practices

Support change management efforts and culture-building projects for new or updated programs

Coordinate staff appreciation, wellness, and resilience-building activities
