Education Account Manager

Music & Arts seeks an Education Account Manager to grow and support K-12 school music programs. In this mission-driven role, you'll manage a territory of education accounts, partnering with band and orchestra directors, administrators, and districts to provide instruments, rentals, repairs, accessories, and lessons. You'll drive sales through school visits, presentations, and strategic account planning while using CRM tools to manage pipelines. Collaborate closely with retail, lesson, and service teams in a student-focused, inclusive culture that values music education and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of K-12 school and district accounts, serving as primary contact for music educators and administrators

• Drive sales of instruments, rentals, repairs, accessories, and lessons to meet territory revenue targets

• Conduct regular school visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to understand program needs

• Develop account plans and pipelines, using CRM tools to track opportunities and performance

• Collaborate with retail stores, lesson teams, and school service reps to deliver seamless service

• Support educators with program planning, instrument acquisition, and budget-friendly solutions

• Analyze territory performance and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports

• Represent Music & Arts at conferences, events, and educator meetings to build relationships

• Resolve account issues quickly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
