East Metro Entry-Level Sales, Service & Operations Roles

Walser Automotive Group is hiring entry-level Sales, Service & Operations team members for our East Metro locations. In this role, you'll greet customers, support sales and service teams, and learn dealership operations in a modern, negotiation-free retail environment. No prior auto experience is required-comprehensive training is provided. You'll use dealership systems, assist with scheduling, paperwork, and vehicle presentation, and uphold Walser's values of integrity, transparency, and customer-first service. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and service areas

• Support sales consultants with product information, test drives, and paperwork

• Assist service advisors with check-in, scheduling, and status updates

• Handle basic administrative and operational tasks to support dealership workflows

• Maintain clean, organized customer and vehicle display areas

• Use dealership systems to enter customer data and update records accurately

• Follow Walser's one-price, negotiation-free sales process and guidelines

• Participate in training on products, systems, and customer service

• Collaborate with team members to ensure an excellent customer experience
