Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and service areas

• Support sales consultants with vehicle presentations and test drives

• Handle basic customer inquiries, scheduling, and paperwork

• Assist service team with check-in, coordination, and follow-up

• Maintain clean, organized customer and vehicle areas

• Use Walser systems to enter customer and vehicle information

• Follow one-price, negotiation-free sales processes

• Deliver excellent, transparent customer service

• Learn product knowledge across multiple vehicle brands
